I have been focusing on 1973 Topps lately, as I am nearing completion of this set. So my lazy Saturday kids-at-naptime project for today... I decided to take a few moments and compile a list of everyone's 1973 Topps wantlists, so that when I'm doing some shopping, I could get an idea of what else would be usable. I have the following people included already, starting with the information on the Who Collects What page: TYPICAL LISTS: Dan Angland, Bill Ashton, Brian Betza, Geordie Calvert, Jerry Coker, Terry Dietrick, Brett Domue, Larry Gersbach, Robert Gioia, Joel Gyselink, Steve Hitzeman, Mark Holland, Rick Keating, Bill Malson, Kent Montgomery, Mike Mroz, Jimmy Parker, Bob Saxton, Ed Schott, Aaron Shirley, Jim Silva, Jeff Sinclair. TEAM LISTS ONLY: Richard Kimball Phillies, Kevin Martens Mets. STARTERS WANTED: Walker Guthrie. UPGRADES and/or VARIETIES: Anthony Arbeeny, Dan Austin, Bob Bannon, Jim Beauchemin, Jeff Delott, Pat Sweeney, Mark Talbot. FINISHED, OR THAT SET WAS NOT SHOWN: George Altemose, James Cooper, Jim Hatch, Brian Lindholme, Art Wainwright. Is there anyone else who is still working on 1973 Topps? Are any of these second or third or fourth sets? Are any of your lists hopelessly out of date? :) Any further information from any members would be appreciated. Hey, so I just finished putting together the monster list of 35 guys' 1973 Topps wantlists. And then I took my dupes and deleted all the cards I could send to anyone. So if anyone has some 1973 Topps dupes that you'd like to send out, I'd like to offer this information for others to use. The reason I'm offering, is that in a week or two, this info will be out of date, as people are constantly taking cards off... so anyway, yeah... So, there are two main lists: A) cards that only one person is missing (though not all the same person) and B) cards that anywhere from two to nineteen different people are looking for. Make sense? You say you've got card W and and I will tell you that member X is the only guy missing that, and you have card Y and member Z is the only guy looking for that. Yes, I'm crazy, but it works. Or if you want, I can simply email all 35 wantlists and you can check them one at a time. There is apparently only one person in the group who is missing the following cards: 49 54 63 67 100 174 175 199 213 250 253 264 274 292 295 296 297 299 300 306 315 326 334 335 337 341 342 344 349 352 357 359 370 381 384 385 386 390 413 440 444 450 464 467 477 494 497 498 500 501 502 507 509 518 520 522 524 527 528 581 599 651.
