================= Date: Sat, 01 May 2004 11:53:31 -0400 To: vct@lists.vintagecardtraders.com,tradingbases@yahoogroups.com, From: Dan Austin Subject: Becketts magazines anyone? I have a HUGE stack of old Becketts that I am on the verge of getting rid of. Before I throw them in the dumpster, I'd like to offer them up to anyone that might be interested. Beckett Baseball - MASSIVE lot ranging back to around 1989 (maybe 100 mags?) Beckett Football - Good sized lot of maybe 20-30, mostly early ones from early 90s Beckett Basketball - small lot, mostly from the first year Beckett Hockey/Golf - First issues only Lots of great articles here if you like to read about your favorite stars. Take as few or as many as you want. In general first come first served, but I will probably give preference to anyone who wants everything (just so I can get these out of my hair). I'd prefer to not to "cherry pick" a few books here and there. Now here's the catch... I don't want anything in return for this, just that you get some good reading material, BUT I would like to get paid for the postage, since it will not be insignificant (especially if I break this up among several people). If you'd like to get some of these before they hit the dumpster, LMK what you want and I'll set them aside for you. I'll haul them to the post office this week and let you know how much the postage is. With media mail, it should be too bad even for the entire batch (maybe $10-15). LMK... - Dan Dan Austin - dan@iamdanaustin.com Visit me at http://iamdanaustin.com "How far that little candle throws his beams!
